PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Pyurvana, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to be happy and if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will refund 100% of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid). All returns must be within 30 days of your order, unopened and unused, the package and labeling cannot have been altered or damaged, and the product expiration date cannot have elapsed. Any opened product returned within 30 days after shipment will receive a store credit usable on Pyurvana website for the purchase price amount and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).
We do not accept returns on seasonal, discontinued, limited time offers, or special promotion products. Pyurvana is not responsible for return shipping charges and we reserve the right to review each exchange or return on a case-by-case basis.
Pyurvana will exchange items if the products were received by the purchaser were damaged in transit or incorrectly sent. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Whenever possible, we will exchange the product with the correct or undamaged product. Pyurvana reserves the right to issue a credit for the amount of the exchanged products if the exchange is not feasible.
Please email for an authorization number, pack your item carefully in its original packaging, and ship with a carrier that can provide shipping insurance and a tracking number. (Pyurvana is not responsible for packages lost in transit)
