When your order ships, Pyurvana will send you an email confirmation along with your tracking number. If you do not receive an Email, please contact us and we will be happy to provide this information to you. If your order is being sent via UPS, you can track it through UPS website or by calling UPS directly. If your order is being shipped by UPS, you can track it through their website.
Pyurvana ships worldwide. If you are placing an order outside of the continental United States, additional shipping fees will apply. You can contact us as info@pyurvana.com to receive a quote for your order. Pyurvana is not responsible for any items that are lost in customs.
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. We ask that you allow up to 10 business days for delivery on orders shipping within the continental United States. International orders can take up to 20 business days.

Some essential oils are considered hazardous, and thus require special handling. While we can ship these oils outside the United States, we cannot use the United States Postal Service. These oils will be shipped via ups, fedex, or dhl. Any oil that falls under this category will be subject to special handling and/or fees.
